EURONIX METAL S.L., for the manufacture and assembly of a paddle tennis court covering of 22.00 mts wide and 12.00 mts long, with a total floor area of 264 m2.

Characteristics: Semi-circular structure formed by hot-rolled full web profiles in S275 JR steel; post height: 6.00 m; ridge height: 8.50 m; IPE roof purlins; bracing on sides.

Basic elements: 4 foundation anchors; 2 semicircular porticos of 22.00 m; 16 IPE roof purlins; 2 round bracing crosses on the sides.

Roof: Based on trapezoidal lacquered sheet metal 30/206, 0.6 mm thick.

Painting: All structural metal elements shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel primer.

Assembly: It will be carried out by our team of assemblers, having to make available to the same electric force with a minimum power of 5 kwas.

Description of skirt and side enclosures:
Enclosures: Sides and fronts, from 3.00 mts of sill, based on trapezoidal lacquered metal sheet 30/206 of 0.6 mm thick; lacquered trims fronts, corners, eaves and guttering.

Our manufacturing company has the EXC2 structure execution level certificate and Declaration Method: 3b. (According to regulations). It is mandatory for the manufacture of metallic structures to have the CE Certificate EN-1090-1 (CE Marking).
